Norden Self Drive Hire

In addition to modifying new and second hand vehicles for wheelchair access, Norden also offers a small fleet of wheelchair accessible vehicles that are available for hire from their site in Dandenong, Victoria. The hire division consists of three people mover type vehicles 2 x Toyota Commuter buses and 1 x Renault Master bus. Each vehicle is fully adapted to carry up to two wheelchairs and extra passengers with a flexible seat layout based on required wheelchair positions

All vehicles are equipped with:

• Dual front air bag system
• CD Stereo system
• Disability parking permits

All vehicles are self-drive and allow clients to have the freedom to travel anywhere they please, with NO RESTRICTIONS ON KILOMETRES. Our competitive daily rates include all tolls, insurance and RACV roadside assistance with international licenses accepted. Drivers must be a minimum age of 25 for insurance purposes.

Upon collection, a friendly Norden representative will run through the operation of the equipment in the vehicle to ensure you feel comfortable before beginning your daily outing or family holiday. Upon returning, vehicles must be returned clean and refuelled or surcharges will apply.

Please note: Minimum hire periods required over extended breaks and public holidays.
