About the Norden Group
In 1959 Ronald Anson founded Norden Body Works, engineering custom motor vehicle bodies and supplying hydraulic fittings.
Today three generations are still involved with the company.
Due to increasing demand Norden expanded to include chassis modifications, tipping bodies, custom built semi-trailers, curtain side bodies and agricultural hydraulic fittings. In 1982 Norden Body Works diversified, creating Norden Conversion, providing wheelchair conversions to motor vehicles to enable wheelchair access. Norden Hydraulic Connections was made a separate entity in 1986 to cater for the growth of the hydraulic couplings market supplying a wide range of fluid conveying products. Since then the Norden Group added Norden RV to distribute recreational vehicle products for the leisure vehicle industry. RV products are used in vehicles from caravans and motorhomes to 4WD vehicles.

- Norden Conversion: Provides wheelchair conversions for: the Victorian State Government fleet, taxis services, disability organisations,aged care facilities, private families and Multi Purpose Vehicles.
- Norden Hydraulic Connections: fluid conveying products for the hydraulic, petrochemical, food processing, automotive, manufacturing, medical, scientific, mining, military and motor racing industries.
- Norden RV: supplying products for recreational vehicles, motorhomes, leisure vehicles, 4WD vehicles, light trucks and caravans.
- Norden Body Works: engineering for vans, light trucks, medium and heavy trucks, truck bodies, custom vehicle bodies, curtain side bodies and trailer bodies.
